Templeton Area Sports Association ("TASA", "we") operates templetonsports.org. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join our mailing list. We collect the name and email address you give us, so that we can send you news about TASA's events and programs. The signup form on this site is provided by Constant Contact, which processes and stores the information on our behalf.

When you visit the site. Our web host, and any analytics service we use, may record standard technical information - the pages you visit, the approximate region you visit from, your browser and device type, and the date and time. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookies. This site, and the services that run parts of it, may use cookies for basic functionality and for the purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

We do not collect payment information through this website. Gifts to TASA are made by check.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who operate this site and our mailing list on our behalf, or where we are required to by law.

Children

This website is written for adults - parents, guardians, donors and supporters - and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has given us information through this site, contact us at the number below and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep mailing list information until you ask us to remove you. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. Technical information recorded by our web host or analytics service is kept only as long as that service retains it.
